Indian Arts Under the Portal
Display your work to visitors at Coronado Historic Site,
by the Beautiful Rio Grande during Balloon Fiesta Week!
Saturday, Oct. 1 -Monday, October 3,
then, Wednesday Oct. 5 - Sunday, Oct 9
There will be a wide variety of Native arts and crafts available for sale under the Portal at the entrance to the museum. Artists can participate for one day or a maximum of four (4) days. What's available will always be fresh and interesting!
Hosted by the Friends of Coronado Historic Site, this event will be advertised in the Balloon Fiesta Program as well as newspapers and magazines.
The site will be open for visitors from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day except for Tuesday, October 4th.
Layout of display areas
Portal Spaces (7): 5' to 6' tables provided, with 2 chairs. You may bring free-standing racks, signs, decorations, etc. Nothing can be attached to the walls of the building.
Canopy Spaces (3): 10' x 10' areas with no furniture provided. You will need to supply your own canopy, tables, chairs, racks, etc.

Cost: $30 per each space per day. You may reserve your space for up to four (4) days.
Registration and Payment: Register for this event by completing the online application and sending your payment via credit card. Registration must be accompanied by a payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and payment.

Food: Food vendor will be onsite from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Water: Cold bottled water is available for sale in the Gift Shop
Parking: There will be a restricted area for vendors only
Restrooms: Available on site as well as additional portable units
